Im lactose intolerant and im having a hard time gaining weight i lose weight very easily but its really hard to gain weight what foods should i eat that does not have milk in it ???
@KJfreshh69 Dont feel bad im in the same boat! Im pissed i cant gain weight either! Ive taken lots of supplements and weight gainers ate my 7 meals a day worked out went way past my calorie count and still couldnt gain any weight! I went from 120 to 125 back to 120 but cant gain no more than 5 pounds! Weight gainers are a load of shit! THEY DONT WORK! At least for me so dont go wasting your money on that garbage! Its all hype! I give up im gonna be scrawny for the rest of my life!!!!
Interesting video now, can you give me a routine or something to do, if I got the food. What I have Access to is a bench press, about 120 in weights, dumbbells. I am 5″11, age 18, weigh at about 125, Im asian if that means anything lol, I don’t like how small my shoulders are and how bony my wrists are, i want to be able to fit into a shirt without looking like a kid, like I am pretty strong for a skinny dude, but I am more bony then anything else, like my fingers are long and thin, im a stick.
i weight between 122-130.. and can NOT gain any more. ive ate more ate more ate more.. and my metabolism is so high that all these proteins go in and carbs go in and come right back out.. ill gain a pound or 2.. then.. lose it back to 122 when i get to the gym.. ive heard so much and so many different ways from so many people. but for one they didnt have the ” skinny guy” problem they were already bigger when they started.. im 23 and 122 pounds.. thats sad :/

He explains everything, it’s pretty simple. I tried the workouts he suggests, like working the whole body with one set for each muscle group with a 5/5 cadence to failure. I thought that would be a breeze. Was I in for a shock. It’s so hard. And totally spent at the end.
good vid bro but one problem with the chicken breast. I wouldnt trust to eat those store/packaged meat, I would try to get meat directly from some animal farm (like a chicken farm).

Maybe that’s why girls chase after guys with muscles…they can provide food, money and protection. I think I saw something like this on National Geographic.

im 5’8 120 lbs ive got 5 months until football and i need to get to 140 lbs or close to it. i seem to be an extreme hardgainer and im a sophomore in high school. tips, comment, anything somebody please respond
@hunterloon Huge lifestyle change, Personal so not going into detail. Was proberly drunk when I wrote that, My hearts healed now, Im pursuing better and greater things ( oh yeah and im still like 65kg)
im 115 pounds, been workin out for 5 months, took weight trainin in high school n was in football so i know how to eat and work out n rest and diet, and in those 5 months of working out, im still 115 pounds and i did not go up in muscle mass or benchin at all, my first max was 95 at bench n now its 100,, and still skinny as hell,, any tips? please?
Holla! Have you considered – fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Wow its so basic when you put it that way, Ive been trying to gain weight ever since my ex broke up with me.( my motivation is to make her regret her decision), Ive been at it for about 7 months and started at 57kg im now 65 – 66kg, I think it’s been a slow gain because I workout then passout rite after, and stay up late at nights and early wake ups, Im always hungry too, should i eat when im hungry? because that is like literally every single hour.
