im 15years old and have some questions…
should i eat less when i train very hard or should i eat more or should i eat a mutch as i normaly eat?
im serrious
and im not fat, i only want my abs to be more visible!

Oh hello! Have you thought about – fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got hot Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

Alright there! Have you tried – fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

I’m doing ur exercise like 2-3 from ur vids. i lost like 2 kgs in 4 days.. but im also doing other like treadmill and other for fat.. but plus im on very strict diet.. food for only 2 times a day and i’ve brown bread and salads. nothing else. anyway just want to say thank you..

@shelly897 Yes! I’ve been using it for the past 2 weeks, and I see amazing changes on my weight. I followed the diet programs on WeightLossAction.info and I loss a lot of fats. My husband is my inspiration for this :D

could you do a video of the progression for pullups if you can’t just do them straight.

Hi Brandon , I currently am a little south of 300 lbs (too scared to hop the scale lol) and have been on a strict diet and workout daily for roughly 6 weeks and have seen somewhat decent results as far as weight loss/definition …I Havent taken any supps like EVERYONE tells me to , but i am worried i’m not working out properly since watching your vids . Please Please any tips or instructions i would be forever grateful . Thanks

Any exercise worked on muscles will lose fat fast if done correctly. Also after the muscle workout body will still lose fat foe hours. Work hard, work right.
